Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • 100% honest in all aspects
∎ • Monitoring Daily housekeeping work.
∎ • Monitor and ensure safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas including market area, parking lots, and outdoor areas.
∎ • Perform routine maintenance on the Building and make repairs as needed.
∎ • Schedule & Maintain routine inspections and emergency repairs with vendors as per approval of management.
∎ • Monito security and surveillance system, duty roster preparation for security personals.
∎ • Responsible for collet monthly rent, utility bills and service charge from the tenants.
∎ • Supervise and control Security, Electrician, Plumber and housekeeper.
∎ • Maintain checklist, register book for ensuring preventive maintenance and kept necessary documents as per management requirement.
∎ • Manage communication with management and clients.
