• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At least 20 years
• Only Male

• Must be Experienced in large Knit Composite Industries.

• Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP Software.

Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd and Barnali Collections Ltd.

• 100 % Honest in all aspect

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cutting plans according to production and shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Fabric Planning & Production teams for smooth cutting execution.

• Monitor fabric availability, shrinkage status, and approval status before planning.

• Ensure optimum fabric utilization and minimize fabric wastage.

• Track cutting input versus sewing requirement to avoid line stoppage.

• Monitor cutting production status and ensure timely delivery to sewing lines.

• Prepare cutting WIP, balance, and achievement reports.

• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machines, and tables in cutting section.

• Coordinate with Quality team to maintain cutting quality standards.

• Follow up re-cut, replacement panels, and size-wise shortages.

• Maintain cutting KPI and productivity records.

• Support management with production status updates and problem-solving activities.

• Must be Experienced in large Knit Composite Industries.

• Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP Software.
