∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Executive to join our team. As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department, with a primary focus on government organizations enlistment, communication, and managing various HR functions.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Managing HR Functions: Oversee and manage various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to government enlistment, employee records, and other HR-related activities.
∎ Policy Implementation:
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Employee Relations:
∎ Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner, fostering positive employee relations and a supportive workplace culture.
∎ Government Organizations Enlistment:
∎ Actively engage in the enlistment process with government organizations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
∎ Communication:
∎ Help connect the company with government agencies by making sure we talk clearly and well, so everything runs smoothly.
