Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, organize, and maintain sales-related data.
∎ Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of sales data.
∎ Develop and manage databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality specific to sales operations in the food industry.
∎ Data Analysis and Reporting:
∎ Analyze sales data and generate reports to support business decisions within the Sales Department.
∎ Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management.
∎ Interpret data and make recommendations based on findings.
∎ Create dashboards and visualizations to present sales data insights.
∎ Monitor and maintain the performance of information systems related to sales operations.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sales data and information systems.
∎ Coordinate with the Sales Department for system upgrades and maintenance as needed.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Identify and implement improvements to sales data management processes within the food industry sector.
∎ Work with the Sales team to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
∎ The MIS (Management Information Systems) Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining sales-related information systems specifically for the food industry sector. We are seeking a dedicated MIS Officer with strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making within the organization.
