Develop and implement zonal sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, train, and support Field Sales Officers and distributors to ensure effective market execution and supply chain efficiency.
Identify new market opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
