• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Professional certifications in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields (optional but advantageous)

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce

• Age 20 to 40 years
• Only Male

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Daraz, Pickaboo, Othoba)

* Optimize product listings to enhance visibility and improve sales conversions

* Implement and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic

* Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability

* Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns

* Ensure compliance with the National Digital Commerce Policy 2018 and platform guidelines

* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make strategic improvements

* Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

* 1+ year of experience in e-commerce management

* Familiarity with Daraz Seller Center and e-commerce platforms

* Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies

* Strong communication skills in English and Bengali

* Analytical mindset with attention to detail

* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
