Educational Requirements:
∎ At Least B.Sc in Civil/EEE/Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work under pressure in Office and outside office.
∎ Ready to move frequently within and outside Dhaka city for site visiting and documentation of import and export.
∎ Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
∎ Prepare proposed design & Documentation (BOQ, Calculations, Datasheet, and Certificates etc.) of Fire Detection system, Standpipe & sprinkler system design as per BNBC, NFPA and RSC Standards within the given time line.
∎ Prepare Gas Suppression System and Foam Suppression System Design & BOQ as per BNBC, NFPA and RSC Standards within the given time line.
∎ Prepare Fire Separation, LPS and PA system design & BOQ both foreign and local as per BNBC, NFPA & RSC standards within the given time line.
∎ Prepare Battery & voltage drop calculation for FDS.
∎ Prepare Hydraulic calculation for Fire Protection system.
∎ Prepare Fire Safety Plan as per BNBC, NFPA and Standards of FSCD with in the given time line.
∎ Conduct Project visit and collect field data for working drawing-documentation and as-built drawing-documentation.
∎ Prepare the Design-Documentation for RCC, RSC, Elevate or any third-party Audit for Fire detection, protection & LPS system as per requirement.
∎ Attend all the third-party Audits (e.g., Follow-up, pre-T&C, T&C etc.) as per client's schedule.
∎ Generate daily work report & submit to team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field (fire Safety Design)
∎ Driving license is a must & well Rider (Bike)
∎ Expertise in Auto CAD 2D, 3D & Pipe Flow.
∎ Section, Elevation, Floor & Master plan of Building (Both Steel & RCC)
∎ Understanding of Structural, Architectural & MEP Drawing.
∎ Must have knowledge on ACCORD, ALLIANCE, BNBC, NFPA codes. (Fire Safety)
∎ Honest, energetic, intelligent and positive minded young are encouraged to apply
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Have good communication skills both Bengali & English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Browsing Applications is a must.
∎ Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer application.
∎ Should be well conversant in email correspondences local & foreign
∎ Well Behaved and convincing
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ (Negotiable based on experiences)
