This internship is designed for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Business Development (Sales & Marketing). Interns will work directly with senior management and marketing teams to execute real campaigns and business growth strategies.

Key Job Description:

1. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

2. Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

3. Support content creation (posts, captions, blog drafts, basic creatives)

4. Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks

5. Monitor ad performance and prepare campaign reports

6. Email marketing and lead nurturing support

7. Assist in lead generation and prospect research

8. Support cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach

9. Maintain CRM database and update sales pipeline

10. Prepare proposals, presentations, and company profiles

11. Conduct market research and competitor analysis

12. Assist in client follow-ups and meeting coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, Marketing, CSE, or related field

2. Strong communication skills (English & Bangla)

3. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media

4. Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace

5. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-oriented
