• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (CapCut/After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an advantage.

uFirst Limited, Dhaka is s seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX and Graphics Designer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for designing intuitive digital experiences and transforming ideas into visually engaging interfaces — we want to meet you!

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Design social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
• Develop branding materials including logos, colour palettes, and brand identity assets.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (web & mobile).
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups.
• Develop visually appealing layouts, icons, and UI assets.
• Work with the marketing and development teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Optimize interfaces for usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Development).
• Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.
