Responsibilities & Context:

uFirst Limited is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive / Senior Executive to drive business growth in both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, business analysis, proposal preparation, and sales pipeline management while utilizing modern IT and AI-powered Agent automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads from local and international markets.

  • Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

  • Communicate with prospects and clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documents.

  • Analyze client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable solutions.

  • Maintain and manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and business relationships.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

  • Utilize AI and automation tools to improve sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement processes.
