Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose: The position is responsible for driving corporate sales activities for the company’s real estate business through effective client engagement and relationship management. The role focuses on utilizing the leadership, discipline, and professional network of retired defense officers to expand corporate sales opportunities. The incumbent will develop and maintain strong relationships with retired armed forces personnel and corporate clients to promote real estate projects. The position holder will communicate project updates, facilities, and development progress to prospective clients in a professional manner.

Position: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager

Position Overview: This position is designed for retired commissioned officers holding the rank of Captain, Major, or equivalent from the Army, Navy, or Air Force. The role involves leading corporate sales initiatives for the company’s real estate business by leveraging defense-sector networking, leadership experience, and professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain corporate sales opportunities within defense and corporate communities.

  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with retired defense officers and corporate clients.

  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

  • Arrange and conduct project visits with prospective clients and stakeholders.

  • Present project progress, facilities, and development status professionally.

  • Build long-term relationships to expand corporate sales networks.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client servicing and communication.

  • Support management in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

  • Represent the organization in corporate meetings, client engagements, and promotional events.
