Job Summary:
The Marketing In-charge at Amirá holds a leadership position responsible for ensuring the consistent growth of the brand both online and in physical stores. This role requires creativity, organization and accountability. The Marketing In-charge must proactively propose, plan, and execute marketing strategies. Strong communication, reporting and time management are essential to succeed in this position. The Marketing In-charge is expected to lead with initiative, passion, organization, and reliability. This position is not limited to executing instructions but requires independent thinking, problem-solving and consistent delivery of results.
Job Description / Responsibility:
· Develop, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive Amirá’s growth online and in-store.
· Proactively propose new ideas, strategies, and solutions for brand visibility and sales growth.
· Manage and grow Amirá’s social media platforms with consistent content (Plan proper schedules of posting and sharing new ideas for content), engagement (Engaging posts/stories, responding to customer’s comments on posts), and client diary management (create new ways to and performance tracking.
· Plan and coordinate influencer collaborations and ensure measurable impact on brand awareness and sales.
· Organize and oversee photo shoots for e-commerce, campaigns and product launches while ensuring quality, proper team allocation during shoot, and timeliness.
I. Post shoot manages and plan in-store poster, social media content, and website content.
II. Pre shoot manage mood boards (for Backdrops + Props/BTS/Main Videos/Insta Reel/Teasers/Single-Duet-Group Photos) Also make sure photos/videos from shoot are properly shared with Web Developer as per his requirements. Responsible for keeping all photos and videos saved in an Amirá Company Hard Drive safely.
· Design, update and maintain in-store marketing materials:
I. Including posters, hang tags, promotional signage, discount offer content, shopping bags, loyalty card details, money envelopes, gift bags, gift cards, gift bag tags, brochures, feedback forms, business cards, fitting room decor, acrylic frames, front window displays, mannequin styles and cashier desk posters/items.
· Create innovative and thoughtful thank you notes and packaging details to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
· Research and implement customer service and communication techniques to improve customer satisfaction online and in-stores (Share demo greetings to sales team - follow Miniso strategy or Izakaya strategy).
I. Collaborate with the sales team (online and in-store) by sharing strategies, tools, and techniques for customer engagement.
· Collect, analyses, and present customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing approaches.
· Maintain and monitor timely poster installations, replacements, and campaign visuals across all outlets.
· Provide weekly reports detailing progress, results, challenges, and upcoming plans.
· Work with clear deadlines, priorities, and detailed planning to ensure efficient execution of all tasks.
· Manage any events/fashion shows that Amirá takes part in. Manage poster, design work, campaigns and giveaway items.
· Plan and manage yearly content creation + campaigns of international occasions such as Earth Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, New Years and so on.
· Manage any billboards/police booth/LED Screen and public poster.
I. Should be responsible for content creation, content replacement, track the timing of the purchased billboard/police/LED Screen and set changing timelines and capture that picture from recent shoots.
