Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related field.
Experience Requirement
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales / Business Development.
- Prior experience in accessories, trims, packaging, softlines, or garment-related industry preferred.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and new market development.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute a dedicated sales strategy for accessories segment revenue
Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities
Manage existing accounts and expand accessories portfolio penetration.
Conduct proactive customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with sourcing, operations, and global teams for portfolio alignment.
Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
Monitor market trends and industry activities
