Additional Requirements:
Masters / MBA, BBA from any reputed University.
Minimum 2-5 years sales experience in RMG industry will be preferable
Candidate should know the product and market
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Best service support for CRM Vendor’s (Zero hindrance at Intertek in services)
CRM to build strong rapport with their vendors to gain 100% trust on Intertek so to ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction & market share.
Daily Analysis and reporting (Report Due List/ Delivery Status/ Hold Progress Update/ Payment collection update etc)
Market visit on regular basis to maintain close relationship and arrange Customer engagement program.
Help to increase Market Share and report value increase
To ensure report delivery TAT up to 80% by office time
Close hold the sample following TAT policy.
Work on credit collection to support credit Team for CRM Customer getting the report on time.
Determining work targets for team members/ reportees and controlling the extent of the work.
