Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information to customer.

  • Make inbound calls proactively to increase product and service awareness, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up customers.

  • Monitor customer trends, competitor's initiatives and reporting.

  • Serve customers with helping attitude to play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention and acquisition to enhance company brand image.

  • Execute push-sales strategies to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Applicants who have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce will get more preference.
