Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.

• Break down regional targets into area-wise and territory-wise targets.

• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target fulfillment.

2️⃣ Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, guide, and supervise ASMs and field sales teams.

• Conduct regular field visits and market inspections.

• Train and motivate the team to improve performance.

• Evaluate team performance and recommend incentives or corrective actions.

3️⃣ Distribution & Market Expansion

• Appoint and manage distributors within the region.

• Expand outlet coverage and ensure proper market penetration.

• Ensure product availability in all assigned territories.

4️⃣ Collection & Credit Control

• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.

• Maintain healthy distributor financial management.

• Reduce overdue and credit risks.

5️⃣ Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

• Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional offers.

• Provide market feedback and suggest strategic improvements.

• Identify new business opportunities within the region.

6️⃣ Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Report regional performance to the Head of Sales.

• Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure stock availability.
