BOROPOOL LTD is a premium Global Mobility & Migration Firm helping Bangladeshi students and professionals study and work abroad.

We are hiring target-driven Client Acquisition Executives whose main responsibility is to bring new clients for our Student Visa and Skilled Work Permit services.

This is a performance-focused, target-based role. Candidates must be comfortable working with monthly targets.

Core Responsibility

👉 Your main job is to bring new clients to BOROPOOL and achieve monthly sign-up targets.

You are NOT responsible for visa processing or documentation.
Your role is purely focused on client acquisition and sign-ups.

Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Target Achievement:

• Find and bring new clients interested in student visa and work permit services

• Convert prospects into signed clients

• Achieve assigned monthly client sign-up targets

Lead Generation Activities:

• Generate leads using Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms

• Participate in online LIVE sessions and content activities

• Use personal network and referrals to generate prospects

• Follow up interested leads regularly

Service Knowledge Requirement:

• Learn and understand BOROPOOL services clearly

• Explain the basic process and benefits confidently to potential clients

• Represent the company professionally in online and offline communication

Performance Measurement:

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Monthly client sign-up target achievement

• Lead generation activity

• Performance bonus
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
