BOROPOOL LTD is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Visa Counsellor to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have strong capability in lead generation, client counselling, and sales conversion, along with practical knowledge of Study Abroad and Work Permit Visa processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate high-quality leads through personal initiatives, social media, and professional networks

• Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings

• Convert leads into paying clients through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups

• Provide expert consultation on Student Visa and Work Permit pathways

• Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable study or immigration pathways

• Guide clients through documentation requirements and application processes

• Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth case handling

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up status

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
