Experience:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience in real estate or related industry in Bangladesh highly preferred.
Strong strategic planning and analytical ability.
Proven expertise in niche identification and market differentiation.

The Head of Marketing & Communication Strategy will serve as the strategic growth architect of the company. This role is responsible not only for marketing execution, but for defining market positioning, identifying high-value niche segments, building differentiated brand equity, and transforming marketing into a long-term competitive advantage. The role requires visionary leadership, strong business acumen, deep understanding of Bangladesh’s real estate landscape, and the ability to create sustainable demand beyond price-based competition.
Develop and execute a 3–5 year marketing roadmap aligned with company vision and expansion goals.
Identify underserved and high-potential market niches.
Define Ideal Customer Personas (ICP) for each project.
Design differentiated positioning strategies to avoid price-based competition.
Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Act as strategic advisor to CEO on market trends and brand positioning.
Build and maintain a unified corporate brand identity across all projects.
Develop clear brand hierarchy and positioning frameworks.
Ensure consistency across advertising, promotional materials, and digital assets.
Create emotional storytelling frameworks for projects.
Design and implement integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, TTL).
Develop demand creation strategies before project launch.
Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign ROI and optimize marketing spend.
Lead digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.
Build structured online lead generation funnels.
Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools.
Analyze digital data for targeting and cost efficiency.
Develop internal and external communication strategies.
Maintain strong media and stakeholder relationships.
