📢 JOB OPPORTUNITY – HR EXECUTIVE
Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Centre Ltd.

Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Centre Ltd., a premier super speciality healthcare institution in Bangladesh and a concern of Labaid Group, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to support HR operations across its hospitals and sister concern companies. The organization is JCI accredited and LEED certified, demonstrating its commitment to international healthcare quality standards, sustainability, and operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee records, and documentation using HRIS

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and documentation for clinical and non-clinical staff

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and employee relations activities

  • Coordinate duty rosters, shift schedules, and attendance monitoring

  • Assist in payroll input preparation, overtime validation, leave adjustments, and final settlement documentation

  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and hospital policies

  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS from HRIS

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and accreditation standards (JCI, LEED, and regulatory requirements)

  • Promote a positive, ethical, and patient-centric workplace culture

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline (MBA/PGD in HR is preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in healthcare or large organizations

  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act and HR compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and reporting tools

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
