Responsibilities & Context:

The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring the seamless operation of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the group. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual capable of handling a diverse range of HR Fucntions:

Jobs to Do:

  • Develop and maintain the organizational chart & manpower planning to ensure accurate forecast and prepare optimized HR budget

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding to acquire top talents by ensuring effective onboarding programs and logistics support

  • Prepare clear and concise job descriptions for employees, outlining roles and responsibilities

  • Monitor attendance, overtime and ensure on time salary generation through salary reconciliation process

  • Analyze benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards

  • Oversee the employment lifecycle, including expatriates from probationary management to employee separation process, including exit interviews and final settlement

  • Implement and manage performance management process with organizational objectives

  • Conduct gap analysis and ensure employee development programs as per the TNA

  • Respond reactively to HR issues and proactively implement measures to mitigate future challenges and take actions on disciplinary issues timely and accordingly

  • Conduct turnover analysis to identify trends and implement retention strategies

  • Utilize and optimize the ERP/HRIS system for streamlined HR processes and data management

  • Implement initiatives for employee engagement & monitor employee engagement and welfare programs

  • Report to supervisor about all HR issues as per prescribed format
