Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Bangla, English proficiency, Good at Bangla and English typing, Verbal and written communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Computer skill, Good communication skills, Human Resource Management, MS Office Applications, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Pharmaceuticals, Tobacco

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ To ensure personnel file Management and related official documents are up-to-date.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
∎ To Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare monthly HR related report.
∎ Prepare Salary Sheet.
∎ Maintain a standard format of all letters, forms, reports, circulars, memorandums according to the requirements and maintain all types of HR related files and records.
∎ Ensure office cleanliness and follow-up the duties of the cleaners & office staffs.
∎ Conducted any assignment assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BBA/ MBA in HRM from any reputed institute.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred.
∎ Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role is preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
∎ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
∎ Discretion and integrity in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
∎ Fast and accurate typing skills, knowledge of word processing tools.
