Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components.
Provide technical support to office users for hardware and basic software issues.
Monitor and maintain office LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Ensure regular backup, antivirus protection, and system security.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and replacement when necessary.
Maintain IT inventory and update hardware/software records.
Support CCTV, biometric, and other office IT equipment maintenance.
Respond quickly to technical issues and minimize system downtime.
Assist in setting up new workstations and office IT infrastructure.
