• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Tobacco, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Fuel/Petroleum

• Age 30 to 45 years

Plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day production activities of printing and packaging lines for food items.

Lead the setting up of new production plans, layouts, and expansion projects.

Ensure strict compliance with Food Safety Standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRC, etc.).

Manage production targets, minimize wastage, and optimize machine utilization and manpower.

Monitor and control production quality, output, and cost efficiency.

Coordinate with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.

Implement and maintain 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Handle shift scheduling, team leadership, and performance management of production staff.

Ensure machines (Flexo, Offset, Rotogravure, Laminators, Die-cutters, etc.) run at optimal efficiency with minimum downtime.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and MIS.

Ensure workplace safety and a clean production environment.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
