Responsibilities & Context:
1. Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring production activities of the tyre manufacturing unit.
2. Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and yearly production targets with required quality standards.
3. Maintain strict compliance with safety rules, quality systems, and company policies.
4. Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
5. Optimize manpower, machinery, and materials to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
6. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
7. Monitor production performance and report regularly to top management.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in tyre production processes.
9. Handle operational challenges and take corrective and preventive actions.
10. The candidate must have at least 10 years of working experience in the tyre manufacturing industry.
