Responsibilities & Context:
1. Overall responsibility for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies for tyre products.
2. Lead and manage nationwide marketing and sales operations of the tyre business.
3. Develop market expansion strategies, dealer network, and distribution channels.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
5. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.
6. Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance departments.
7. Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing and sales team.
8. Ensure brand positioning, promotion, and market visibility.
9. Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports for top management.
10. The candidate must have at least 10 years of working experience in the tyre manufacturing / tyre marketing industry
