RM Automobiles is looking for dynamic HR & Admin to support HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the management with recruitment activities including organizing, scheduling, screening and documentation.
- Track and manage leave of absence and attendance records.
- Manage payroll processing and commissions for employees.
- Assist the management in preparing and reporting sales team performance.
- Handle general office administration duties, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and introducing company policy.
- Ensure operation is compliant with company policies.
- Maintain any legal issues of this company.
