Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Employee Health, Safety & Facilities Lead is responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment while managing the organization's facilities operations. This role oversees health and safety programs, risk assessments, and compliance, as well as facility maintenance to support business continuity and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Health & Safety

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations and international standards.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency preparedness drills.

  • Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.

  • Deliver health and safety training and awareness programs for employees across the Group.

  • Oversee employee wellness initiatives and ergonomics programs.

Facilities Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and space utilization.

  • Oversee security, housekeeping, and workplace hygiene standards.

  • Coordinate with vendors for facility services and ensure SLA compliance.

  • Plan and execute office relocations and renovation.

  • Monitor facility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, compliance documentation, and facility maintenance logs.

  • Prepare regular reports on health, safety, and facility KPIs for management review.

  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
