You will play a pivotal role in leading cargo commercial operations to achieve revenue targets while ensuring full compliance with Principal and company policies. Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Sales: Drive revenue through strategic planning, dynamic pricing, and customer engagement. Prepare budgets and coordinate with Principal for profitability.
Revenue & Compliance: Achieve revenue targets and ensure full compliance with Principal and company policies.
People Management: Lead and motivate the team, monitor workflow, and enhance performance. Manage overhead budgets effectively.
Reservation & Customer Service: Oversee flight checks, rate accuracy, space allocation, and ensure exceptional customer service.
