∎ Freight Options Limited (Business Unit under Expo Group, Bangladesh) is a Freight Forwarding company looking for a dynamic, hardworking, quick learner, energetic, competent & self-motivated male/female candidate as an Analyst - Finance & Accounts.
∎ Job Grade: Executive to help us build up our business activities.
∎ This position is an entry-level job role for the Finance and Accounts Department of the company.
∎ This would be a regular/permanent job subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth handling of BL counter to release HBL as well as cash transactions both receipt & payments as per cash management policy.
∎ Preparing, Printing & filling out cash in transit & credit vouchers properly
∎ Settlement of Payment for local vendors in a timely manner
∎ Petty Cash management
∎ Management of PF & GF and Preparing Financial Statements for PF & GF and reporting to the Head of Finance
∎ Issuing Mushak 6.3 and Mushak 6.6 as per VAT Act and Rules where applicable
∎ Checking & maintaining the register of C & F Certificates received from customers against prepaid shipments.
∎ Preparing debit notes to share costs with in-house companies and follow-up collection.
∎ Maintain cheque register which is received from customers & inform to respective person through the mail.
∎ Review employees' monthly Mobile bills & follow up to make the payment in due time.
∎ Printing and filing journal vouchers.
∎ Assist supervisor in preparing financials & other reports in a timely manner.
∎ Any other work entrusted by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Maximum Age of 30 Years
∎ CA (CC) is preferred
∎ Accounting Software, Accounts, and audit, Financial Analysis, (added advantage) MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote (Expected to have)
Salary:
∎ Negotiable

Break Down of Salary: Basic 60%, House Rent 30%, Conveyance 5%, Medical Allowance 5%;
