Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of financial management, including bank loans, fixed assets, petty cash, and promotional expenditures. The selected candidate will be tasked with ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, maintaining effective relationships with banks and external stakeholders, and supporting the management in achieving financial goals.
∎ • Bank Loan Management: Ensure regular repayment of bank loans, verify correct interest charges, and communicate with banks regarding loan renewal and other related tasks.
∎ • LC and Landed Cost Management: Post LC vouchers (materials/machinery), monitor LCs, close LCs on time, and determine landed costs to be posted in Tally.
∎ • Fixed Asset Management: Oversee fixed asset software, post-acquisition and disposal journals to FAR, and ensure timely depreciation posting in Tally.
∎ • Expense Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for depot petty cash and promotional expenditure, ensuring accurate posting in Tally.
∎ • Licenses Coordination: Liaise with external lawyers for renewal and updating of necessary licenses (Trade License, IRC, ERC, PO, FC, BOI, KK).
