∎ Applicants must have good English efficiency.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office.
∎ Should have experience about accounting software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash Ledger, records all documents in a systematic way.
∎ Payment of bill after checking in ERP software, bill vouchers, requisition, and authorized person signature.
∎ Day to day bank transection entry in software and conduct bank related tasks.
∎ Weekly cash collection from all branch after checking the collection report and support branch executive to maintain branch petty cash.
∎ Assist in preparing financial report and statements.
∎ Submission of monthly TDS Challan to bank.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by Head of accounts.
