∎ Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
∎ Monitor cash flow and advise on optimizing financial resources.
∎ Track inventory, costs, sources, ensuring accuracy.
∎ Maintain real-time stock data and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Analyze inventory trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Develop and manage budgets
∎ Offer insights on pricing strategies, profit margins, and cost control.
∎ Provide forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow based on market trends and company data.
∎ Provide strategic advice on business expansion
