Location: Baridhara J block, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Position: Outlet in charge

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the brand outlet.

• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

• Manage sales targets and team performance.

• Handle inventory, stock management, and visual merchandising.

• Conduct product photography for daily online posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• Maintain regular online updates to promote products and offers.

• Ensure financial accountability of daily and monthly sales.

• Prepare and maintain records of outlet expenses and financial reports.

• Monitor cash flow, billing, and reporting accuracy.

• Train and supervise outlet staff.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing fashion brand outlets or retail stores.

• Basic skills in product photography and social media posting.

• Strong understanding of sales tracking and financial reporting.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sales operations and customer relations efficiently.

• Minimum graduation preferred.
