Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Applications, Project Management, Software Architect, Software Development, Software Implementation, Software Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse the structure and flow of the business’ process to identify possible application solutions. Need to be aware of the latest software developments and think of ways that software can be applied to make the business more efficient and successful.
∎ Collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
∎ Write and finalize scope of works.
∎ Engage 3rd party software development team and monitor entire development life cycle.
∎ Lead software development project.
∎ Ensure that the servers are all ready before implementing new systems, and then carefully monitor the rolling-out process.
∎ Provide technical support and problem resolution related to business application software systems. Whenever there is a problem with the software, the Application Lead or a member of their team will review the issue and come up with a solution.
∎ Responsible to creates, develops and procedures for new software. Once these standards are developed, they may also need to provide training to users.
∎ Responsible to maintain Application security.
∎ Responsible to maintain database backup and restore.
∎ Responsible for disaster recovery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices. Experience with database management.
∎ Familiarity with Project management principles.
∎ Experience with Information system troubleshooting.
∎ Demonstrated skill in developing automated business systems.
∎ Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
