∎ Age at least 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.
∎ Manage accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and company policies.
∎ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.
∎ Manage payroll, tax filings, and other financial obligations.
∎ Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
∎ Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management for decision-making.
∎ Handle invoicing and billing processes.
∎ Oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis for production.
∎ To maintain liaison with other concerns of the group, Head Office with another department
∎ Any other task as & when required by the Authority
