∎ একাউন্টিং, ফাইন্যান্স বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম স্নাতক ডিগ্রি। প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ CA, ACCA, বা CPA সার্টিফিকেট থাকা প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য।

∎ মাদার কোম্পানি ও সিস্টার কনসার্ন এর দৈনন্দিন আর্থিক লেনদেন পরিচালনা।
∎ আয়, ব্যয়, এবং অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আর্থিক ডেটার সঠিক রেকর্ড বজায় রাখা।
∎ মাসিক, ত্রৈমাসিক, এবং বার্ষিক আর্থিক বিবরণী প্রস্তুত এবং উপস্থাপন করা।
∎ আর্থিক কার্যক্ষমতা বিশ্লেষণ করে ব্যবস্থাপনাকে পরামর্শ প্রদান।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সিস্টার কনসার্নগুলোর জন্য বাজেট তৈরি, পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং সঠিকভাবে বজায় রাখা।
∎ খরচ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে আর্থিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট মিলানো এবং নগদ প্রবাহের সঠিক রেকর্ড রাখা।
∎ পেমেন্ট, রিসিট এবং অন্যান্য আর্থিক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা।
∎ কর্মীদের বেতন যথাসময়ে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা।
