Job Context:
∎ Candidate Should be willing to work at the sister concern of the Expo Group, Bangladesh. The job is Contractual in nature.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for overall IT Helpdesk Support. He will provide high-end solutions to technical problems, ensure business data safety, service upgradation & productivity training.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Functional:
∎ • IT Helpdesk Support to ensure resolving of all incidents.
∎ • To ensure professional and proactive IT support is consistently and transparently provided to all staff, ensuring the best behavior, integrity, and reliability of IT systems.
∎ • Ensure business data backup of all workstations.
∎ • Responsible for IT procurement, AMC & asset management.
∎ • Keep analyzing IT service upgradation & facilitate IT productivity training
∎ • Coordinate with IT project & ensure compliance.
∎ • Conduct user skill development workshops.
∎ • IT Project & Network Upgradation, Data Backup, New system implementation, Asset Verification, Auction, Mail degradation, etc.
∎ • Maintain IT documentation & process all bills.
∎ • Schedule and take care of IT assets (Printer, Photocopier, Scanner, Projector, Desktop, UPS, Laptop, etc).
∎ • Maintain Updated IT Asset Inventory
∎ Service:
∎ • IT Helpdesk
∎ • Printing/Photocopy
∎ • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation
∎ • Outlook
∎ • Network System
∎ • Business data backup
∎ Reporting & Analysis:
∎ • Analysis: IT productivity training and preparation module
∎ • Reporting: User Data backup and monitoring report
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ • Communication: Strong communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ • Collaborative: Excellent ability to collaborate with users and vendors.
∎ • Analytical: the ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and decision making. These strengths can help to solve an organization’s problems and improve its overall productivity and success.
∎ • Flexibility: Have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Highly dedicated to working.
∎ • Negotiation: Having good negotiation skills which are very effective to deal with users and vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Basic Knowledge in HTML, MYSQL, CSS, CCNA, Windows Server, Active Directory users and computers, Office 365 packages, Windows 7,8,10, Linux, and VMware.
∎ • Good command of English
Salary:

Salary paid to bank A/C on or before the first day of the month.
