Responsibilities & Context:
∎ oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and company policies.Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.Manage payroll, tax filings, and other financial obligations.Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management for decision-making.Handle invoicing and billing processes.Oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis for production.To maintain liaison with other concerns of the group, Head Office with another departmentAny other task as & when required by the Authority.
