Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a skilled Electrical & maintenance Engineer to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our factory.
∎ As an Electrical & maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of electrical systems and machinery within our garments factory. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical systems to meet production demands while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure that electrical systems are in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
∎ Oversee the installation of new electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
∎ Recommend and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
∎ Prepare all necessary documents as well electrical system as per buyer standard to conduct necessary audit.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols for electrical systems and equipment.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance.
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections and internal audits.
∎ Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
∎ Create reports detailing equipment status, maintenance activities, and expenditures.
∎ Assist in managing the electrical inventory.
∎ Work closely with other departments, including Production and Quality Control, to address electrical-related issues affecting production.
∎ Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and production teams.
∎ Identify opportunities for energy conservation and implement energy-efficient practices.
∎ Ensure schedule maintenance of boiler, generator, compressor, substation and all others machineries and equipment in a cost effective manner as well ensure all power distribution will smooth to support continuous production.
∎ Monitor and analyze energy consumption to reduce operational costs.
∎ Monthly provide cost effective comparison statement to management about work excellences and optimization.
∎ Daily report to concern authority all electrical, machineries and utilities safety are okay before staring factory and after closing factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing setting, Boiler, Generator, compressor, sewing machineries and overall electrical system preferably in a garments factory.
∎ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
∎ Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
