Responsibilities & Context:
  • End-to-end processing of monthly salaries, wages, and benefits for all management and production staff (workers).

  • Monitor and reconcile daily attendance across multiple shifts (Day/Night).

  • Supervise the calculation of Overtime (OT), ensuring they align with production floor logs and labor law limits.

  • Ensure all payroll practices comply with the Local Labor Act and international buyer code of conducts (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries during social compliance audits.

  • Maintain updated records of minimum wage adjustments as per government gazettes.

  • Prepare various types of payment sheets such as salary, overtime/allowance sheets, festival bonus, earned leave encashment, annual increment, lunch bill, etc.

  • Prepare the monthly employee separation list and ensure final settlement as per company policy.

  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

  • Respond to employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits.

  • Collaborate with HRIS/ERP systems to ensure payroll data accuracy.

  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT departments for payroll integration.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
