Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: This role is mainly responsible to assist in the talent identification process under the supervision of line manager and analyze, manage and maintain data to aid talent assessment and development process. The role also will contribute in overall talent management by assisting in developing talent review tools.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in the talent identification and development process
∎ Identify critical roles to fit talents in different programmes and drive the talent identification process
∎ Collaborate with team members, HR partner, programme personnel and other stakeholders effectively to ensure on time data collection and data entry during assessing women talents
∎ Perform data analysis, transform data into meaningful information to aid the assessment process of talents
∎ Prepare routine reports and track talent pools size and report to line manager to ensure proper succession management for talents

Additional Requirements:
∎ Communication and interpersonal skill,
∎ Analytical Ability, Proficiency in MS office (specially expertise in MS excel)
∎ Knowledge on HR data management and HR core functions, basic understanding on talent management
∎ Understand the Policy and procedure to implement
∎ Collaboration and partnering, , drive for result, planning and organizing, critical thinking, Agility, flexibility, Change Management, stress management
∎ Minimum 3 years work experience in similar role is required
