Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & supervise the overall activities related to corporate and sales training.
∎ Conduct TNA by analyzing performance gap, organizational and job analysis.
∎ Prepare annual training calendar and ensure the implementation of it.
∎ Establish a training and development strategy that meets the needs of the organization's strategic plan.
∎ Develop and maintain training related to necessary documentation and reporting.
∎ Preparing and developing instructional training material and aids such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting training reference documentation.
∎ Monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness, reviewing and modifying training objectives when necessary.
∎ Evaluate performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving individual performance.
∎ Develop & conduct management skill development training according to organizational needs.
∎ Research new technologies and methodologies in employee learning and train others.
∎ Ensuring the training quality of the trainees through coaching, mentoring & supervising them.
