- Ensure administrative preparedness for risk management & emergency situations.
Responsibilities & Context: - The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, and Grievance Handling etc.
- Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
- Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law.
- Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
- Assist to prepare payroll process by ERP Software in due time.
- Monitoring the time and attendance (face, biometric & manual) and the monthly attendance report.
- Office Order Circulation on Employee Job Location Transfer, Festival Holidays, Leave, Job Description etc.
- Assist for renewal (Trade license, IRC, Fire license, Environment certificate, Factory License, Environment, BSTI, etc).
- Plan and prepare budgets for administrative expenses.
- Implementation cost effective measures and maintain financial transparency.
- Ensuring proper utilization of resources like electricity, water, gas etc.
- Proper preservation of documents to meet audit.
- Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law. To monitor training/ awareness on regular basis.
- Communicate with Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, WASA, Chittagong City Corporation, BPDB, Police Station, Local Influencers and Labor Federation etc.
- To draw Action plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company/ Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization.
- To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
