Responsibilities & Context:
- Data Collection & Monitoring According to management Demand.
- Daily market & Distributor Point Visit.
- Financial Record & Auditing(Distributor).
- Ability to operate sales software.
- Collect information from market Price and Discount of Competitors.
- Random verification of distributors claims like damage.
- Random verification of field forces.
- Maintaining all documents of Distributors and Manpower.
- Daily Primary & Secondary sales Query.
- Regularize the discussion on sales issue with sales team.
- Find out Uncoverage & Potential Area.
- Individual Sales Team Analysis Report.
- Collect Competitors information.
- Must be proficient in riding a motorcycle.
- Provide daily Market findings Report to the Divisional Head.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Department Head.
