• An architect with a sales background is preferred.

• Candidate must have experience in interior solutions.

• May have special interest in interior architecture design and may be particular about excellence in aesthetics.

• People's person with salesman quality, positive personality & problem-solving skills.

• Candidate must have strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Candidate should have a proven track record.

• Incumbent should be aligned with company’s culture.

Role Summary:

Lead business growth for the company's interior solutions division by combining strong sales leadership with a sound understanding of interior design and architectural execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales and business development strategies for residential and commercial interior solutions.

• Identify, acquire, and nurture high-value clients, while building strategic partnerships with architects, developers, and channel partners.

• Consult clients on design concepts, space planning, materials, and project feasibility by bridging design requirements with commercial objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and solution presentation to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Collaborate closely with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to deliver commercially viable, high-quality interior solutions.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and business performance to optimize pricing, product offerings, and profitability.

• Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
