We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Sr. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing – Real Estate) to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen our market presence.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in real estate sales and marketing, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team to ensure target achievement.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure their successful execution.
Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, corporate networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and meetings with high-value clients and investors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and formulate appropriate strategies.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
Coordinate project site visits and provide professional guidance to clients regarding project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
Ensure proper documentation, booking procedures, and compliance with company policies throughout the sales process.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations and timely customer support.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity and professional growth.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain the company's reputation.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to sales and business development activities.
