Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assisting regional in-charge in development & execution of regional sales plan.

  • Managing and monitoring the team to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing distributors & customers, retailervisits and sales channel development.

  • Market trend, competitor analysis and consumer insight reporting.

  • Training, coaching and performance evaluation of sales team.

  • Monthly sales review, report and target follow-up.

  • Proper implementation of promotional activities and field execution.Provide Market information to the reporting boss/ competent authority.

  • Must be prepared back-up plan for Dealer.

  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

  • Monitoring competitors activities & reporting accordingly.

  • Gathering market and customer information & SWOT/ROI analysis.

  • Controlling of distribution, market stock & transport cost.

  • Ensuring promotional activities accordingly.

  • Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.

  • Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.

  • Ensuring Product availability and visibility.

  • Forecast consumer`s demand and achieve Sales & Trade target.

  • Monthly report submission in time.

  • Maintain Stock daily, weekly, monthly.

  • Good Interpersonal skill and must be maintain chain of command.

  • Proper documentation knowledge.
