Infinitas Engineering is seeking a high-performing Marketing Executive (Business Development) to drive strategic growth, expand our client portfolio, and strengthen our market position across Bangladesh. As an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Class-A EPC company, we deliver innovative engineering, construction, structural rehabilitation/Retrofitting, and consultancy solutions to government, corporate, and private sector clients.
The ideal candidate will identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities and developing strong relationships with prospective clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Drive business growth by identifying new project opportunities across Government, Semi-Government, Corporate, Industrial, and Private sectors.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
· Promote the company's EPC, engineering consultancy, construction, structural rehabilitation, and infrastructure solutions through strategic client engagement.
· Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
· Monitor Government and Private tenders, identify high-value opportunities, and coordinate proposal submissions with internal teams.
· Prepare and execute effective business development and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare performance reports, and ensure timely project follow-up.
· Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking programs.
· Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets while strengthening the company's market presence and brand reputation.
1–3 years of professional experience in Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications will be considered an added advantage, but the right experience, competence, and performance will be the primary selection criteria.
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to generate business leads and convert opportunities into projects.
Strong networking capability with Government, Corporate, Industrial, and Private sector clients.
Sound understanding of the engineering, construction, or EPC industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
A valid motorcycle or car driving license will be considered an added advantage.
