Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Receive incoming construction materials, inspect and verify their quality and quantity against purchase orders or gate pass.
∎ • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, including stock receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
∎ • Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ • Ensure goods inbound and outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ • Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that construction materials are stored correctly and safely and organize warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ • Monitor and maintain store ledger, fixed asset registers as well as software.
∎ • Update goods with proper gate pass/challan and stock update.
∎ • Ensure proper organization and storage of goods within the store.
∎ • Check safety and security issues of the store facilities, report any issues and arrange proper maintenance.
∎ • Ensure weekly/monthly stock report to the management.
∎ • Any other tasks assigned by the management

∎ • Quick learner and good knowledge along with good problem-solving ability.
∎ • Candidate must be hard worker, passionate, dedicated, dynamic, self-motivated, energetic and should be capable of working under pressure.
∎ • Ability to plan, implement, manage any project/task individually. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
